    Hi! I’m setting up a website for a client and they went in and put in the information for Woocommerce Payments but now at the screen that says “Finish setup to enable credit card payments”, I click the “Finish setup” button and it just keeps reloading the page.

    I’ve tried disabling plugins to solve the issue but haven’t found something that works yet.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

    Hey there @jordanboska,

    If you tried multiple times to complete the setup, and haven’t been able to, I would recommend you check if WooCommerce and WooCommerce payments plugin are updated to the latest version and then try the completion steps. If that doesn’t fix the issue please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there. Please do mail us the details that is requested during the creation of the ticket like the Site status report. We would also need the email address that was used to sign up with WooCommerce Payments to help you further. So please add in those details as well.
