    Yes, that is true. Most all of the additional buttons offered in this plugin are shown only in the Visual mode of the editor.

    However, your browser probably has a built-in find and replace. What happens if you press “Ctrl+F” from your browser window? That’s typically how I look for something in the Text mode of the editor.

    Are you looking for something with more control? I don’t think this would be a bad feature to add. I’m sure lots of people search for something on the Text mode of the editor. It’s certainly more difficult to find on that side; as opposed to the Visual side ??

    What I needed to do was find and replace part of a URL so I needed to work in Text mode. I wound up copying and pasting each post to Sublime Text 3 and doing a find/replace and pasting it back. So I was looking for a plugin that might’ve saved me the copying and pasting. Thanks.

    I’ll take a look, and see what I can do. But, I like the idea ??
