Find/Remove Posts with more than two links?

I’m running a couple sites that use WordPress as an article directory similar to Ezine Articles, except that we’re using WordPress.

I have a policy that no more than two hyperlinks can be used in any given article, however, I’ve recently stumbled upon a few posts that have far more than this verbal limit.

Is there any plugin or hack out there that I can use to at least run a report or find a list of posts in violation of this policy so that I can take action? (either via email to user manually or to delete offending posts)

I appreciate the feedback from this forum and thought it would be a great place to start. So far in my Google’ing I’ve found nothing. I have a severe lack of understanding for plugin creation so it would be great if something already existed.

PS –
I don’t mind running complex MySQL queries if there’s a way to grab this via a query in phpMyAdmin instead of through WordPress. At this point I’m merely scoping out options. Thanks again.
