Finding the right Event Calendar

Hello – I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction. I am looking for an event calendar that would allow people to sign up with the type of events they are interested in, and as new events are added that meet their criteria, an email would automatically be sent to them with a URL.

Does anyone know of a plugin that will send out notifications?
