finding shortcode /URL if plugins are working or not?

    hi, due to not being a techy, the email before download team ask for the following –

    Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully.
    Shortcode and a URL showing that Email Before Download failing

    is there a video or some step by step instructions for finding where these are, how to show they are working successfully or not and where to find the URL for these. many thanks (ps I have created a topic no downloads as people are not receiving the downloads https://rogerwoolger.org/articles/ , so apologise if I have asked for support in the wrong way)

    Hi @juanitac,

    When asking for the URL we only need the URL to the website that is experiencing issues with the plugin. Since you provided the shortcode in the previous post and the URL to the website you do not need to provide anything else at the moment.
