As I am not experienced in this sort of thing I do not know how to find this out

I am on a shared server and I use this path on FileZilla
    /public_html/www.phphelp.co.uk/phpbb

however if I use this in your plugin I get the error page
“Wp w3all miss phpBB configuration file. Please set the correct absolute path to phpBB by logging in on WP admin and by opening:”

    many thanks

    Paul

    Nice, don’t worry!
Have you download now the 1.1.0?
I say right now because, i’ve update for 3 different errors on path the file config.php of wp_w3all.
So please, uninstall 1.0.9 and reinstall 1.1.0.

    The path should be:
    `/var/www/vhosts/raunveruleiki.is/spjall.raunveruleiki.is’
    let me know!

i uninstalled 1.1.0 and installed 1.1.0 again, still not working.

The only think i can imagine right now is that when i have commit last 1.1.0, the config file has been updated minutes after, a second time… with our lucky you have download 1.1.0 in this right time. So please delete and reinstall in case, just to be sure.

Or ask to your host if this is the right full path to be used between your domain and subdomain. But i presume the answer will be the above!

Finally if you want, and if i can have access, i will try to fix anyway, as this thing is very strange now to me. But this should be the last chance…

    aronoskars

    (@aronoskars)

uninstalled and installed again, still not working.
i will ask the host if this is the correct path and see what he says.

i noticed when downloading the plugin again that it stated it was updated 2hours ago, maybe the config file is not uploaded yet. i will try again tomorow have to sleep now.

Unrelated question. when this is working, will members of the forum be able to comment on blog posts?

    yes! of course ??
Going to sleep also here, really curious at this point to understand where is the problem.

Great!, then lets see what tomorrow brings us ?? Good night fellow human.

    Still not working..
absolute path confirmed by my host.

    (@axewww)

wow… ok, so, after you save the path, what result on form, the same value you set when click button or something else?

So after you save, on form you see:
    /var/www/vhosts/raunveruleiki.is/spjall.raunveruleiki.is

    ??

    aronoskars

    (@aronoskars)

    yes form stays unchanged.

    (@axewww)

so the path appear to be set on form, that return what you save.

the unique way to me to understand where is the error is to reproduce your scenario looking to what can result wrong…

I will try to reproduce things like on your host…

i’m asking to me: any other have problem about path?
