• Hi everyone,

I really hope you can help!

I created a website on wordpress 5 years back. The hosting company in which i had an account with (Bluehost) had deactivated it 3 years back. Now, i wish to publish it online again. How do i go about it?

I cant really find my wordpress site. When using this link ( [ redundant link removed ] ), it results in a blank page.

My website was under either of these two names:
    joqadesign.com or
    qandjsolutions.com

Can you please help me find it? and how to get it online again?

I contacted bluehost, they tell me the website must have been deleted because of no backups. But that doesnt make sense. I created the site inside wordpress??

This was one of his replies:

” Yes. I mean since it was hosted on Bluehost, the website files which was built on WordPress will be in Bluehost which has been deleted when the hosting got deactivated.”

    I’d appreciate your input!

  • Hey @mona_124, if the files are no longer available on Bluehost, I am afraid there is nothing you can do to get it back.

“I created the site inside wordpress??” Yes, WordPress hosted on Bluehost. The files and database were there. They have no obligation to save those past the time you stopped paying for host. www.remarpro.com has nothing to do with your site, other than providing the software and support.
