Finding contact form plugin with certain features

Hi, I am new to WordPress and because of time constraints I need to build a simple website for a non-profit organization that has a registration page for volunteers. The contact form I would like must include:
1)ability to export to CSV (plain text and/or Excel)
2)auto-reply to applicants
3)so with point 2), ability to send to webmaster
4)custom CSS, so that I can place the form fields beside each other
rather than have one long list with just one form field in a row
5)regular expressions options

So far I have tried Fast and Secure Contact Form and it meets all the requirements above except 4)

I have also tried Contact Form 7 and it meets all the requirements except 5) (I found a forum where you have to mess with the the functions.php, formatting.php…Ideally, I would have loved to learn how WordPress API works in detail, but as I said b/c of time constraints…I need it to be non-programming contact form plugin that has all 5 features.
