Finding ALL EXTERNAL links on a site ?

Is it possible, via plugin or using a sql call, to find all the external links on a wordpress site ?

The reason I ask is I’m trying to track down several links that point to a site that I no longer use to promote my products. I want to remove them and redirect them to my onboard store. Oh and so that we’re clear on this I have tried WC3 Link Checker, and that gets about 80% of the way to complete and then stops for some reason. My site has hundreds of pages, so it’s impossible, or nearly impossible at this juncture to find these pages with links. So I’m looking to do this programmatically.

Anyone ?
