Find SMTP info

    Hi, I apologize in advance if this is a question more suited for my DNS rather than for your support.
    I am setting up a site for a client who purchased a domain. We are having trouble with some email notifications and after some research I decided to try using your SMTP plugin to fix the problem. However, since I don’t own the domain, I can’t access the cPanel. Is there another way to find the info to get the plugin set up?
