Find & replace replacing way too much

Hi,

I’m a long time user of the plugin and I’m witnessing some strange behaviour with my multisite blog.

I’m trying to replace the 3 domains of my production environment into the 3 domains of my staging environments.

In my wp_blogs, under the domain column I have :
– unamur-sites.staging.my.site (manually replaced from unamurpo.main.site to access the site)
– po-virtuelles.prod.site
– cours-ouverts.prod.site

In the plugin I’m doing a S&R as follow :
– unamurpo.main.site => unamur-sites.staging.my.site
– po-virtuelles.prod.site => po-virtuelles.unamur-sites.staging.my.site
– cours-ouverts.prod.site => cours-ouverts.unamur-sites.staging.my.site

When the S&R is done, the domain column in wp_blogs looks like this :
– unamur-sites.staging.my.site
– unamur-sites.staging.my.site
– unamur-sites.staging.my.site

And I cannot understand why is going on. I’ve been using the plugin exactly like this for years and it’s the first time something like this is happening.

Can anyone help ?

PS: I’m on 2.2.2, non-pro version
