Regarding your question, I apologize, but I’m not sure I understand it.
Would you like to know the country of the person who submitted the form?
There would be two options using WPForms Lite:
1) You can allow users to inform their country with a Dropdown field.
For this, you can add options quickly in a Dropdown field using our Bulk Add option in the form builder. To do this, click on the Dropdown field and in the left Field Option panel, click on Bulk Add. In the new section that appears, select Show Presets. You can then select from our list of preset choices. Here’s a short screencast of the process that adds Countries.
2) You can add the {user_ip} smart tag as the Default Value of a Single Line Text field. With your users’ IP address, you can google for an “IP Address Geolocation Lookup” service to find information about the IP address’s country.
In case you want to hide the field with the {user_ip} smart tag, you can use the wpforms-field-hidden CSS Class, as described in our guide here.
