Find My Blocks Creates a Duplicate Reusable Blocks Menu Item

I noticed when activating Find My Blocks, it creates a redundant Reusable Blocks menu Item.

When deactivating the plugin the issue goes away.

I think it might need a a function to check to see if this menu item already exists to avoid creating a duplicate one. Thanks!
