Find file to modify the html code

  • WPML only allows me to upload files to change the image of the language selectors.

    I would like to be able to link the images through the src attribute of its img tag using the corresponding file.

    I can’t find the file where this piece of html code is.

    My question is where can I find it? or or how can I know how to find them?

    P.S. when I modify it in the browser’s code inspector the result is perfect.

    The case is that I do not have access.

    My question was also to know how to locate this type of files for other plugins, parts of the theme or widgets.

    In any case thanks for your answer.

    The answer would be different for themes versus plugins, and each author can write the code however they want, so they can all be different.
