Find all links point to #

Hi,

I hire a web design company to design website for me. The completed website contains many links that points to #. It seems that the traiditional link checker(I am using XMLSitemaps to generate sitemap, it will check broken links) will not take this as an error. So I just wonder if there are any good methods to find all of these links?
