• I’ve been blogging since the internet’s dark ages (early 2000s) and jumped ship from Blogger to WordPress because it was the better blogging platform for years (cleaner interface, loads of plug ins, flexibility of content). With Gutenberg, the platform was rendered all but useless to me as a blogger, because page builders aren’t conducive to what we want to do. What writers want is an interface that behaves exactly like a word processor. They just want to be able to either write large amounts of text uninterrupted or copy and paste text from an actual word processor, then go back and do minimal formatting later.

I was going to ditch WordPress and find an alternative until I learned about this plug in, and now I couldn’t be happier. WordPress is finally worth using again, and my switch from Blogger wasn’t in vain.
