Final tweaks on website, please help!

Ok, I’m just about done with ParamanandaYoga.com, thanks for the invaluable help I’ve received here. For a few final tweaks:

1: On mobile devices like iPhones and iPads, the 3 lined menu icon is showing up blue. How can I change it to white?
2. On the iPad, the text from the Facebook and Mailchimp widgets goes past the width of the left column and runs into the text. Anything I can do about that?
3: In the red footer at the bottom it says “Paramananda Yoga.” For the life of me I can’t figure out how to change that to something else!
4: I set the header to be non-sticky because I really didn’t like how the header would shorten on scrolling when it was set to stick at the top, making the background white but keeping the red color logo and the color behind the menu items. It just looked terrible with no continuity of color. I remember on older versions of Customizr the header would stay intact when set to stick at the top and the page would just scroll underneath it. Is there a way to still have the header stay looking like it is without animation when scrolling, or if the header does shorten and animate, is there a way to change the background color from white to the red in the logo and menu items so it looks seamless?
