Final Tiles grid will not load

    Hi there,
    Final Tiles grid gallery is set up correctly and shortcode inserted into the page, but it just doesn’t load.
    I have installed Final Tiles on my own site without hassle so I know it works.
    We decided to try it on a different site which is set up with Content Components on every page. I wonder if our Content Components is interfering?

    On the link you can see the shortcode is not doing what it should. I’m stuck and don’t know what to do. I hope you can help.

    Hi, i have the same problem on my site.
    Installation of the plugin and activation all ok.
    Wordpress and other plugin all last version.

    I create a gallery and i put shortcode in the page but nothing appeare.
    I don’t understand where is the problem.
    If in the plugin, in the theme or other.

    The theme is Athena free.

    the shortcode in page is this:

    Hi Luca,

    this is usually caused by JavaScript issues from the theme or other plugins. If you check the console of your browser you’ll see many errors.

    So you have to switch to the default theme and look if it fixes the issue, otherwise you’ll need to deactivate other plugins one by one until you understand which one is causing the issue.
