Final contact number error

    I have a WhatsApp number configured but every time the button is used from the website it is redirected to a completely different contact number. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to share your website address to identify the issue.

    possible reasons are.

    1. cache issue. please clear the cache from cache plugins and if available server side cache, CDN cache.
    2. if multilingual plugins are using wpml, polylang. please check string translations and update/clear the related strings.

    The website is sealoveexperience.com

    1. I thought maybe was a cache issue but I already tried and the issue still going.
    2. I do use polylang, How can I update/clear the related strings? I have tried to check on the plugin options but I couldn′t find that configuration clear.

    From the polylang string translation settings page, please filter to click to chat strings and clear/update the strings.
