Filters with check boxes not working

Thanks for supporting this plugin!

WordPress version: 3.8
Gravity Forms Directory version: GF 3.5.2

I did this: Added checkboxes to directory form and selected as a filter.

I expected the plugin to do this: Filter directory entries on selected checkbox entries.

Instead it did this:
1). Hitting enter does not initiate filtering after selecting a checkbox entry. I can verify this by the URL.
2). Need to place cursor on the Phone filter and hit enter to create filter.
3). Selected check box entries are never found so no directory entry is listed. The URL does list the proper filter value.
