Filters show wrong count until I refresh the page

Hello. I’ve been using this plugin for more than a year now. Recently, I’m facing a strange problem.
I have the filters enabled on only 2 product categories.
When I visit from homepage to category page, it shows wrong product count, shows a count of 145. If I refresh, then it shows correct count of 26.
If I visit from another category of 5 products, then it will show count of 5. It seems the plugin is using cache system and showing count of previous page.I’ve tried disabling all plugins except the Woocommerce plugin and this one. It did not solve the problem.
Why would the plugin show count of previously visited category? It shows wrong attributes, but everything is fixed after I refresh. How to fix this problem?

I’ve now enabled this option:
“Init plugin on the next site pages only”, cos I’m using the filters only for two categories. One of them have 26 products and the other one 24. So now the mis-match is limited to 24 or 26, instead of a bigger range of 1-145.
The plugin is still taking product count from the last page opened, for it to show correct page, i have to refresh the page. It looks like it is using cache of some kind.
Kindly help me resolve this. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins and changing PHP versions, disabling the custom code in theme – functions.php code, nothing worked.
