I just started using the plugin for my custom posts and taxonomies. At first everything seemed fine, but currently I experience a strange problem: once I apply any of my filters, all the filters suddenly show “N/V” and I cannot select or deselect anything anymore. The filter options are only restored after resetting the URL. I think this might be a mobile-specific problem, but I wasn’t able to extensively test it on desktop. Is this N/V expected? What does it mean?

    Hi @silente08

It looks like some conflict with the third-party plugin or custom code, perhaps the custom theme as well. We’d recommend turning off 90% of the plugins and removing all custom code with the default theme to test its workability and then turn on one by one to understand what exactly causing this issue.

Also, try to use instead of dropdowns checkboxes maybe it has something connected.

I have tested some plugin combinations and also changed all settings with FE, including the dropdowns, but still the same problem. If there is a problem with the standard WordPress Twenty Twenty Four theme or the ACF plugin, I won’t be able to work with this plugin, sadly, so I have to deactivate it for now.

    Hi @silente08

It is working with a 2024 theme. There must be some issue either with the server settings or permalinks.

Have you tried it with the clean WP and clean theme only with the 2024 theme and tried to filter those posts?

Oh, I finally found the issue: the URL variable names I had defined were identical with my custom taxonomies. Once I changed the names, everything worked fine again!
