Filters not working together

Please make sure the main Product Filter Logic is set to “AND” and the Category / Tags logic is on “OR”, if it’s still not working, please let me know which options should we select to test, because you have lots of combinations, so it is hard for us to identify a correct pairing to properly test this.

Unfortunately, those settings didn’t fix it.

I would like those category and tag filters to work together. So if I choose “Auto Flower Seeds” as a category and “Apple” as a tag (flavor/aroma), I want to see all products that have both attributes, not all products that have either one or the other. Right now if I choose “Apple” after choosing “Auto Flower Seeds”, the category becomes deselected and it shows all products from any category which are tagged “Apple”

If you want to show products with the combined selection eg. Apple + Flower Seeds, if you use “AND” logic you’ll see only “Apple Flower Seeds” products, with “OR” when you select Apple + Flower Seeds you will see “Apple, Flower Seeds and Apple Flower Seeds” products – every selection separately or combined doesn’t matter, it will show it all.

Right, but currently it only shows items tagged “Apple” OR items in the category “Flower Seeds”. I want to see items that are BOTH, but no matter what settings I use I get one or the other.

By BOTH you mean, you want to see only “Apple Flower Seeds” combined (not showing separate products, just exactly “Apple Flower Seeds”) Or you mean by both: all “Apple” & all “Flower Seeds” and also all “Apple Flower Seeds” products?

By BOTH, I mean that I want to see products that are in the category “Auto Flower Seeds” and ALSO tagged “Apple”. Every item shown should fit both criteria, but instead if I choose “Auto Flower Seeds” as the category, I see products with ANY tags that are in that category. If I then click “Apple”, I see all products in ANY category that are tagged “Apple”. I want both conditions to apply.
