    i have installed the plugin also on this site:

    this site i didnt update the woocommerce plugin but it seems that the plugin didnt worked. It is displaying but after clicking on a filter it will not show the results. You can test it with the color filter.

    please go in WooCommerce -> System Status -> Tools and click to recount terms option.
    Try if this solve the issue.

    do you use the ajax product filter plugin in a standard WooCommerce shop page ?

    hi

    yes because there was no filter visible im using the default ajax product filter.
    But the filters are active in the widget area. Only on the product page it is displaying: https://www.transportfietsenkopen.nl/fietsen

    and not on the category pages.

    i use PORTO theme (2.8.5), and after update theme and all plugins -YITH AJAX FILTERS not visible at site =(

    We have exactly the same problem. Porto theme 2.8.5, WooCommerce Version (2.6.1) and latest plugin version (3.0.1). Yith WooCommerce Ajax product filter not visible!

    I tried but they told me it is issue of the plugin.

    Yes, I had contact with the guys from the Porto thme but it is an issue with Yith Woocommerce Ajax Product filter. They told me the same.

    Hi,

    My apologies for this. With latest WooCommerce version 2.6.2 seems that WooThemes changed the query method on loop and this is the reason for this problem. Our team send a new version of product filter today.
    Please can you try with latest version 3.0.2 and let me know if the problem disappears.

    Hi,

    thank you for the update, unfortunately it is not working after the update. I see the widget titles but the labels are not visible. If i change the query type to OR then it will display but it is not possible to click on the filters.

    My apologies for this issue but we found a lot of problem with layered nav query with WooCommerce 2.6.2.
    However, we release another version (3.0.3) to fix other issue.
    I understand that this cause a lot of problem with your website but our team works hard to find a final solution.
