    Hi Deb,

Do you have an URL I can look at?
Also, have you set up the custom post type if the BTF admin settings?

    Hi Jonathan –

    Here’s an example: https://informavore.com/testing/lwdesign4/map/

The filters should be appearing below the search box.

Yes, I have set up the custom post type – for this site it is “Project”.

    Thanks!

    Hi Deb

Seems like you have other issues atm with your site ??

Yes! My hosting service just completely messed things up. I’m working on getting it that fixed right now. Hope you can take a look later.
    Thanks,

    Hi Johnathan –

My site is back up, but I think I understand why my filters aren’t showing on my map page. Is it true that the filters can only be displayed on a page that’s a custom post type? I have a “search page” set up to start people off on searching the building database. The buildings are all custom search types, so they can be searched, but the initial search form is on a “page”. Is my assumption correct – filters can only be displayed on a custom post type page?

    Thanks,
    Deb

    Hi Deb,

The filter module in itself can only appear on CPT archives yes. However there is an exception.
You can use the widget supplied by the plugin and by setting an explicit CPT (it’s the last setting in the widget) you can display this widget wherever you want.. Just know that when they do hit “filter” it will redirect them to the CPT archive.
