Filters not being displayed on my I-phone

    Hello Everyone at Themify WC Product Filter,

    I’m writing this message to you because I checked that the filter plugin on our store appears to be shown OK when checking the mobile view on my laptop, however when browsing the store on my I-phone, the filter isn’t being displayed properly.

    I later checked other store’s filters on my I-phone, and their shops’ filters both were displayed properly (see Screenshots link below).

    That said, I’d appreciate that you check if the filter plugin on our store is being executed and displayed properly on your mobile phones. 

    The reason I ask is because there are some Elementor features on our site that do not function on my I-phone, but are working well on other people’s mobile devices.

    Hi there,
    Thanks for your prompt response.
    I am using a iOS 12.5.7 on an I-phone 6.
    Is this the reason why I can’t see the plugin properly on my I-phone when browsing it on Google Chrome and Safari?

    Hi,

    I am using an iPhone 12 Mini on iOS 17.4.1 and the filter works fine for me: https://share.zight.com/wbuxed6y so it might be your very old iOS version, could you test it on a newer iPhone / with the latest iOS?

    Hi there,
    Thanks for confirming.
    And yes, I agree: The iOS version on my iPhone is too old and it does not enable the filter to pop up and be displayed properly.
    I requested somebody else to check on both, iPhone and Samsung mobile phones and the filter worked fine there.

    I’ll proceed to set this ticket as resolved.
