Filters in galleries do not work in Russian

According to your message, I also tried to reproduce the issue and got the same result(the filter is not working once I set the WP language into Russian).

The gallery does not display the alt attribute, which is registered in the media library. It is displayed only when you turn on the signature output in the gallery settings and the image signature is taken from the field. It turns out that if I do not want to show the signature, then there are no alt attributes in the gallery. It seems to me that alt should be taken from the alt field in the media library even if the signature output is disabled in the setting. Look here please.
