Filters “if ” conditions by user agent and device mode

    Hello,

    It is mobile mode today, and there are always lots Apps, and there are always embed brouwser in those App.

    For example, I always access WPMU official site by Yahoo Mail APP, and I will click the url in your email and access your site; Mostly, I may share your official sites to other colleges by some instant APP, and they will access your sites by other Apps.

    Actually, our site users are acting with similar behavior.

    The sites need to do much more compatibility and friendly design for different situations.

    So, the filters to show widget by user agents and device mode are a much requirement.

    Would you please add these function please?
