Filters doesn’t work properly

Hello,

To add more info about my issue, when I choose two or more filters, the page is blocked, is loading and never come back to normal with the right filters and products…

Can you help me whith that if it’s possible ?

Could you try to disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Themify Product Filter. Also, are you using the latest version of Divi and Themify Product Filter plugin?

Sorry for my late reply, I tried to disable all plugin except Woocommerce and THemify Product filter, but issue is still here ! I’m using the latest version of Divi and Themify..

Do you think that the number of category can be the source of the issue ?

But it doesn’t work on this page: https://www.soleilconceptstore.com/collection-quotidienne. Is there any difference between those 2 pages?

I checked, the product filter don’t work on any page. In fact, in the first page : https://www.soleilconceptstore.com/collection-solaire/, the filter work but the products are not filtered however categories for each product is correct..

And in the second page, yes the product filter don’t answer..

I checked all options in the two filters and the others also, they are the same..
