• Hi,
I am trying to put Yith ajax filters in accordion, so they are hidden until user clicks on button “filters”. I managed to do that with use of builders accordion block and by putting the filter presets shortcodes into sections of it. When you load the page for the first time it’s all ok, it works – you click, you get the filters. But when you choose some and apply, after reducing the product list to specified, it’s impossible to open accordion again. When im trying to do so, it opens for very short time and automatically rolls back to closed state – so i can’t choose multiple filters or reset.

The problem doesn’t exist when filters are put in a sidebar. It also stops rolling back when I refresh the affected page. Any ideas on how to solve it? Or maybe there is a better way to make filters minimized and visible on demand after clicking a button?

    Hi there,
could you send me a link where I can see the issue?

    Hey,
We are in maintenance mode, so you can’t see it like normal user. Instead I can give you the temporary admin credentials if needed. I also “resolved” it by using tabs instead of accordion, but it still has unpredicted behavior (it is possible to mark again, but it closes automatically).

    Hi there,
unfortunately you can’t share here admin credentials for your site, it’s not allowed.
