Filters disappearing

  • Hi, as soon as I choose a product category all other filters disappear. I am running the latest version of wordpress, woocommerce and your plugin. I have already tried the following:

    add_filter( ‘yith_wcan_is_search’, ‘__return_false’ );
    add_filter( ‘yith_wcan_skip_layered_nav_query’, ‘__return_true’ );

    I am using the shoptimizer theme. Also when I switch back to the standard theme filters disappear as soon as I select a product category. I hope you can help me out.
