  • I have the exact same issue, URL changes from the specific category to something else and the sidebar with filter is no longer shown.

Pablo, do you know in which version it start to behave like this?

It has happened in the last update, in the previous version everything was going well

Thanks, anyway I cannot load the previous backup as I already have a bunch of sales.

The issue may be more complicated than what I described, I checked your store and you filter in /shop/ and even there filters disappear…

Maybe you can solve it by installing a previous version … at the moment it does not work for me…

I just discovered something, this surprised me.

If you click on a filter, the rest of the filters disappear, as I explained before …
But if you reload the page the filters reappear …
I do not understand why the first time they disappear

    help!!!

Downgraded to version 3.2.0, the problem persists.

    When you filter: (error)
    https://www.tiendamamparas.com/shop?filter_posicion=frontal

When you reload the page: (it works)
    https://www.tiendamamparas.com/shop/?filter_posicion=frontal

The difference is “/” behind the shop

    How could I correct this?

    Hi,

this means you use a different sidebar for shop and product category page.
In order to works you need to use only one sidebar and add it for shop and taxonomy page.
In the previous version the url worked with product category base instead of shop page but this cause a lot of problem when you try to apply filter for different taxonomies.

Please, check your sidebar configuration for this issue

Well, I have a lot of sidebars, each category has its own sidebar.

It was working perfectly when I first setup this plugin, you’re saying I cannot use it anymore?

    Version 3.1.2 working fine.

    (@pablo-brigidano)

    Exact! Version 3.1.2 works perfectly

    Hi,

yes in previous version 3.1.2 this seems to works fine but create a lot of issue with other plugins. For this reason we revert it to previous version that works with only one sidebar.

Hi there, my filters are lost after selecting a product category. You can try it here: https://www.petitfox.co.za/shop
If I select a size and/or a colour or any other filter and then a product category, all previously selected filters are reset.
Any idea where the solution is?
    Thanks

Hi, I have the same problem. After selecting an option of a filter filters disappear from the toolbar whith set style=”display: none; to “<aside>” tag.`<aside id=”yith-woo-ajax-navigation-2″ class=”widget yith-woocommerce-ajax-product-filter yith-woo-ajax-navigation woocommerce widget_layered_nav” style=”display: none;”>

There is a solution to this problem?
    Thanks!

    [Edit]
