Filters disappear

  • Want to move my site to these filters because of the great flexibility. Testing the free version first. If tested OK I will probably required the premium version.

    Trying it in a password protected test environment as I want to test them first before migrating the production site: in the production site you won’t find this filter yet.

    But can’t get the free version to work:

    Issue = when I make a selection in 1 filter of a group the others disappear.
    I can make a selection in each of the filters, they will all filter ok, but always hide the other filters.

    –> In the top toolbar it says the filters should be visible.
    –> The applied filter is Ok as well: products filtered correctly
    –> There is no reason in the “data” the filters should disappear. they still have applicable values.

    How can I find out what is going wrong?

    Hello,

    Do you use different attributes for different filters?
    What type of filters do you have(checkbox, select, price slider etc)?

    Hi,

    Currently testing with 3 filters:
    1 = category filter
    1 = attribute filter that drives product variations = product size
    1 = attribute for filtering (no variations)

    Already used this. it says it should be displayed, however it’s not

    Hello,

    If it is not displayed, then it must be nit inside Displayed.
    Do this step
    1) Filter products to get issue
    2) Refresh page(f5). It must be same after refresh
    3) Then check admin bar

    ok, 1 step further…

    For the 2 filters that are gone it now says displayed as empty.
    But there is nothing.
    They also should not be empty.

    Using another filter plugin this works fine, so it must be related to the filter config and not the data.

    I think it might be a conflict with the theme.

    If I don’t add a class to the css fieds of the filter the widgets are shown outside the sidebar, transparent background and disabled.
    I’m using theme “Zita Storefront”.

    Any known conflicts?

    Hello,

    By default plugin hide filters that do not have products.
    Plugin use operator AND between different attributes.

    Hi,

    The problem is that the plugin hides filters that DO have products.
    Any idea why this can happen?

    There is also a red cross for ??shortcode??. Is this normal? If not, how do I solve this?

    Please enable option DEBUG MODE in admin area -> BeRocket -> Account Keys and provide URL of the page where you have this issue.

    Done that.
    But the issue can only be tested in a password protected testing/staging environment: deploy.kadarine.be

    If you need access we need to have a secure way so I can share you a temp login.

    Hello,

    You have this issue because do not have database prefix.
    Please set some database prefix for WordPress.
