Filters desapear when I search for a product

When I click on the top menu, only the filters related to that category appear, but no button appears to clear the selection, mainly on the mobile, this is a problem.

The corret, should be like when I select in category filter:

And when I search for a product on the site’s search, all filters open with no link to what I actually searched for.
