Filtering submitted user data

I have a need to filter through the submitted form data that each individual user may submit to the webpage. Essentially being used by inter company staff to scan through the table data and use content filters to search the database for candidates. I was hoping we could insert a short code such as [job_employer_dashboard] and have it placed on a page that only administrators could see once they logged in.
