Filtering products in admin by in stock availability

Is it possible to filter your products in admin by selecting ‘In Stock’ or ‘Out Of Stock’? Similar to selecting category or product type filters. We don’t have an online system to manage stock at our place, however we would like the capability to manually update products to being In Stock and Out Of Stock. I know how to do this part, but with thousands of products it’s hard to find those items we left Out Of Stock. If anyone can understand my problem and can give some input that would be great.
