    Dear

I’m currently having a problem while I want to filter my orders on clients. For some clients all the orders are displayed as it should but for example, the client who just ordered asked for a refund. So I thought it would be the quickest to filter on all the orders the client has made. I was able to filter on the client, but the order is not showing. When viewing orders, the order is there with the client ID I was just searching with. Very annoying situation here…

If you could help me I would be thankful!

I’m not sure I understand the issue 100% – would you mind elaborating on things in a bit more detail? If you could also add screenshots, that’d be great.

    Thanks ??

    Dear

Sorry for the delayed response. I will elaborate.

The filter that is provided on this page /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order for filtering the clients is not working properly I think. If I filter on a client who has purchased something it don’t show the order. The rare thing is that for random other clients it somethimes works well.

Please see provided screenshot for the filter in question: https://prntscr.com/je1jk9

    Thank you in advance.

Thanks for explaining! So when you filter the orders by customer, not all of the orders for that customer are showing up? That’s an odd one.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

Can you please let us know if that helps?

    Dear

I found a weird parameter when clicking on the ‘Filter’ button. If I manually delete this parameter from the URL, the filter actions perform as it should. Do you have any idea where it comes from?

    Working URL string:
    /wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=all&post_type=shop_order&action=-1&m=0&wooccm_abbreviation&_customer_user=1146&filter_action=Filter&paged=1&action2=-1

URL string I get when clicking on Filter (not working):
    /wp-admin/edit.php?s&post_status=all&post_type=shop_order&action=-1&m=0&wooccm_abbreviation&_customer_user=1146&filter_action=Filter&paged=1&action2=-1

    Thanks in advance.
