Filtering not working on pages

Hello,

I added woof filter in my sidebar, but on home page, Terms and conditions page, shipping and delivery, etc plugin not working correctly.

If I write searching phrase in search box, and do not to choose category, plugin will not to shows any search results.

But if im inside some category, I don’t need to choose any category, to get search results from “Search by text”, and thsi is a problem

How to resolve it?
