Filtering not working correctly

Hi, we want to see all activities from our customers (role subscribers). When we set the the role to “subscribers” and hit the filter button, we don’t see all subscribers. When there are no filters we see activity from a certain user (subscriber) on september 8. When we filter to see only subscribers, we do not see this user’s activity anymore. Also, when we select this user and his role subscriber in the filters we do not see any activity from this user.
