Filtering Not Working

My filtering has stopped working for some reason. I am using the taxonomy filter with a dropdown. When I click the dropdown, I can see the options with the number of products within that selection, for example (11). But when I select and apply it, nothing in the product list changes.
This is for a custom post type and it was previously working.
