I created a archive products page with the Elementor loop grid but looks that the filtering doesn’t work. How can i solve this problem? Thank you very much.

    Hello Alvarezse,

Can you please share the page in question? Have you set it up to be recognized as a genuine WooCommerce shop or archive page? (see the Testing your filters paragraph of our Elementor compatibility guide)

Unfortunately, we currently don’t have access to an active Elementor Pro subscription to try and reproduce the problem. Please contact us if you wish for us to check your site. Otherwise we will put the re-tests of the Elementor compatibility on our nearest agenda.

In any case, thank you so much for reporting the issue!

    Hello Alvarezse,

We have recently test-driven version 1.7.3 of the filters alongside the Elementor Pro plugin, and can now confirm that the only Elementor widgets that produce the proper filterable lists are still the Archive Products and the Shortcode widget when it’s used for the creation of a filterable [products] shortcode, as per the plugin Documentation.
