Filtering based on customer’s country

Hello,

I have successfully configured this great plugin but I can’t understand one thing. We have a multilingual eshop and we would love to send emails based on customer’s country. The plugin synchronizes it correctly to the user profile (https://i.imgur.com/zAC0tWR.png) but there is no possibility of filtering a segment based on profile information.

Only other thing it does is creating an Address field with a full address. I guess it would work if it used a full country name (Czech Republic instead of CZ etc.) but it uses just codes (CZ, US, …) and it’s very risky to filter a segment based just on that (it would include also users with streets / cities containing these strings). I have set up filtering with a space ” CZ or ” SK” but that’s still not 100% reliable (streets / cities starting with these letters are included).

Is there some way to change this? Either to allow filtering segments based on user profile data, exporting one additional field just for Country or at least exporting full name of the country to the address fields?
