Filterable /Searchable Links page

Hey all! i have been searching around for a while and wonder if you guys could help me?

I am looking to make a glorified links page so that we can link to other martial arts clubs around the world.

The idea is that clubs would send us a message via a call to action contact form and in exchange for a link on their site we would include a link to them on our site along with thier basic information (club name, country, city) that would be filterable by dropdown menu. This means that people will be able to go on that page and filter to find all clubs in London, for example….
