Filterable Geographical Search Plugin?

    Realty dot com Has a Region, State, & City search based on clickable images. I was wondering if anyone has seen anything like that floating around out there in the form of a plugin or theme. It’s laid out like a portfolio, and auto scrolls to the next section.

    If not, can this be achieved with just html, or would I need javascript as well?
