Filterable Gallery Links Broke

    Hello,

    The filterable gallery is one of the best elementors addons we have seen, if it worked. We cannot get the links to actually work. We have tried both the link buttons and the option to make the whole image clickable and neither will trigger the link they only trigger the Lightbox loading animation as seen in the photo. https://ibb.co/FbKLtMG

    Any help would be greatly appreciates as we have searched for weeks for a good gallery and this is really the only one we have found worth using and would love to use it if we can get the links to function.

    Hope you are doing well.

    I have checked Filterable Gallery on our end and found that the link and lightbox both are working well on our latest version of the plugin. Please check this screencast: https://d.pr/v/m9YqjJ

    Will you please update the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin to the latest version 5.1.1 and check how it goes? Also, please provide the URL of the page where you have used this widget so that we can check the issue and assist you.

    Hi @jre1043,

    You could also try checking for plugin conflicts as well. You can deactivate your plugins one by one except for Elementor & Essential Addons & check back.

    It’s possible that the error is being triggered from somewhere else. You can try changing your theme as well if this doesn’t work.

    Hello thanks for all the replies, unfortunately we just weren’t able to get this to function, we tried everything we could think of as well as the suggestions but at the end of the day we just had to move on and find another solution that worked, we just didn’t have the time to keep troubleshooting. Thanks again for the good support and help.
