On second row, images are jumbled. You can see it here: https://ibb.co/vHhgmkX. The problem seems to be that the first item on row 2 has this CSS “left: 10.4907%” and I think it should be 0% instead.

    Things I tried:
Other tabs work fine, no images are jumbled.
I deleted these gallery items and created new ones. Same problem.
Looked at update logs to see if a newer version lists this fix . It doesn’t.
I tried making new CSS declarations but it got complicated and I hid these.
Deleted all custom CSS just as a test. The problem still happened.

    Hi @earth_human

I hope you are fine today.

Thanks for confirming, as we are communicating with you over support with same issue, so I am resolving the topic here.

Feel free to knock us if you have further queries.

Email support is no longer helping me. 20 days ago, they sent this response:

I hope you are doing well.

I have visited your website, and it seems the issue you are facing is because of the caching plugin. Can you please clear your cache, temporarily deactivate the caching plugin, and check again if the issue has been resolved?

If that resolves the issue, then before activating the caching plugin again please configure your caching plugin properly.
Please exclude this URL from your caching plugin:
    For CSS:
    /wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/.css
    For JS:
    /wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/.js
If you have enabled the Delay JavaScript execution option then add this URL: /wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/*.js

I hope this will help you.

Let us know how it goes. Thank you

On the same day, I sent this reply but they have not replied after this:

I disabled the caching plugin but the problem still happens even after clearing browser cache and using an incognito browser.

It only happens on one of our tabs.? Disabling the caching plugin didn’t help.

    Other things I tried:

    • Other tabs work fine, no images are jumbled.
    • I deleted these gallery items and created new ones. Same problem.
    • Looked at update logs to see if a newer version lists this fix . It doesn’t.
    • I tried making new CSS declarations but it got complicated and I hid these.
    • Deleted all custom CSS just as a test. The problem still happened.

    Please help!

    Hi @earth_human

I hope you are fine today.
Really sorry for your experience. As we did not hear back from you, so we thought the issue was resolved, please accept my apology for that.

We already reply back to you from our support email, please check that email and reply back to us. As we may need some information about your site, so I think its better to communicate through the email, rather here. I hope you will understand that.

    Thanks & regards
