    The following link states:
Filter Products by Attribute ↑ Back to top

Filter Products by Attribute is a powerful widget that let’s users drill-down through your catalog of products via attributes, effectively helping them find what they’re looking for quickly.

This widget will only appear on shop, tag, category, etc… pages.

The etc… part has given me hope that the WooCommerce filter widget will work on the search page…

So, is the search page one of the pages that should work with the Filter Products by Attribute widget?

    Hi there,

WooCommerce doesn’t have a dedicated “Search” page as the Search Widget will show results while using the shop page template ??

@riaanknoetze WooCommerce does not have a dedicated “Search” page.

If the WooCommerce Product Category Widget will show up on the search page why does the Filter Products by Attribute not show up in the side bar on the search page?

How can I make it show up on the search page?

    Hi there,

Thank you for clarifying your question!

The Search page is not a standard section of a theme so some widgets will show while others will need customizations. I can confirm the filter widgets are not showing up on the Search results page and they are only loading on the WooCommerce related templates.

If you’d like to have a more advanced search option on your site, this extension could also help you achieve this:

    https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-product-search/

As this change needs customizations, I was looking around for an option that could work and found this.

It’s best to get in touch with a developer if you’d like to add this functionality :

    WooCommerce Customizations Page

    I hope this helps!
