Filter Submit button showing after upgrade

We upgraded ALM Pro in Staging and a Submit button is showing in filter input that is not showing in the Live site
Live, how we want it to look, ALM 5.5.4.1, ALM Pro 1.2.11, https://www.pagethink.com/people/
Staging, after upgrade to ALM 5.6.0.5, ALM Pro 1.2.17, https://handsomestag3.wpengine.com/people/
We prefer the look of no submit button. How do we make it disappear? The Filter parameters are identical between Live and Staging
