    Hi,

For now, I have added a ‘Main Sidebar’ to this page in which I wish to add the Woobewoo product filter: https://completemobility.shop/browse/wheelchairs/self-propelled-wheelchairs/

I have created my filter and have added the widget to the ‘Main Sidebar’. I have also selected the ‘Filter’, which in my case is called ‘Wheelchairs’.

Now, the strange thing is, the filter is visible when I go to Appearance >> Customizer and view the page which I’ve added the Main Side Bar to, but it doesn’t show the filter on the front end of the website.

    Here are 2 screenshots:

    1. Customizer view: https://ibb.co/KzkJCFC
    2. Front end view: https://ibb.co/vY6YmRK

I’ve disabled all plugin but WooCommerce and Woobewoo filter but that made no difference.

I’ve also purged all cache on the website but no difference.

The Filter ‘Display on pages’ option is enabled on ‘Shop’.

The ‘Main Filter Options’ are set to: https://ibb.co/NS9TnSV

I am using the Astra theme. Elementor have also been contacted and have logged in to my account on WP, but have not discovered anything.

Very minimal CSS is used, which only affects ‘Product Price’ colour, font, weight etc..

Any help on this would be fantastic. Thank you.

    Hello @completemobility,

Perhaps your products are displayed in a non-standard way, or have a non-standard structure.

Try to check, display the product block using the standard woocommerce shortcode:
    [products]

If the filter block does not appear, add the shortcode filter to the page (not to the sidebar): https://woobewoo.com/documentation/how-can-i-display-a-product-filter-on-my-store-page/

let me know about the result.

Are you sure you used the right sidebar, have you tried using the woocommerce sidebar?

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I have this morning added a ‘Shortcode’ block to the page and inserted the shortcode ‘[products]’ which displayed all the products.

After updating page and purging cache, this did not show product filter.

I then moved the widget across to the ‘WooCommerce Sidebar, but also this did not work.

If I add in the ‘Woo Product Filter’ block within Elementor on that page, the block will just ‘load’ constantly and not apply. If I apply >> update page >> purge cache, the block doesn’t appear on the front end of the website.

    Here’s a screenshot: https://ibb.co/4MFGBzV

    I’m completely lost.

Where would you recommend I check next?

    Many thanks for your help.
