Filter sets not saving

When attempting to save a filter set with multiple filters, only one filter is saved. For example, I added 5 active filters, clicked “save filter set,” and gave it a name. The filter set then appears in the “saved filter sets” dropdown, but when selecting it, it only displays one active filter, instead of the 5 I selected. Updating the filter set produces the same results. I’ve also tried creating additional filter sets with no success.
